Oregon or Washington RN license, BLS, ACLS
(PALS preferred, not mandatory), minimum of 2 years experience in PACU / OR(may
be waived if strong ER, ICU back-ground, but must complete national ASPAN
competencies self-test) preferred if have pre-op/ PACU experience. |

Competencies: We require evidence of having completed the following
competencies within the last 12 mos. or you will need to complete & pass our
tests.

Note: We require criminal background checks and urine drug screens within two weeks
of application.
